  • Assigned after members 'withdrew' services during pumper allocation dispute.
  • Issued to Bayswater in 1970 when the 650 Pumper allocated to Boronia

3.4L Hino Tanker

  • Commissioned 1986
  • Initially came into service to replace The Basin's Bedford State Spare Tanker. The lengthened chassis of the "L" meant it wouldn't fit into the engine bay in the station. The ACCO 610 from Boronia went to The Basin and the 3.4L came to Boronia. The 3.4L went to Eildon (Region 12) in 1992.

Hazmat

  • Officially commissioned 1993
  • Brigade owned vehicle
  • Provided salvage equipment in side lockers and Hazmat equipment in large rear locker.
  • Presently in service at Mildura, Region 18

Salvage

  • Early salvage transported Salvage and Hazmat equipment
  • Equipment outgrew appliance, leading to purchase of new Hazmat
